Accountabilities and KeyRoles :

  • Achieving high productivity results, and effectively meet sales service Outbound calls targets.
  • Handling all client complaints in a timely manner at the highest quality standards.
  • Providing all clients with timely and accurate response on all inquiries.
  • Achieve the set number of calls contacts on a daily basis.
  • Review list carefully, and determine the best cross-selling opportunities to satisfy customer needs.
  • Maintain high call quality standards when contacting with customers
  • Education :

    Undergraduatedegree in Business or any related field from a recognized University.

    Experience :

    1-3 yearsexperience in retail Banking, of which at least 1 year experience in a leadingInternational Bank.

    Competencies :

    Fluency in Arabicand English

    Excellentcommunication skills

    Well mannered &courteous

    PC Literate (Excel,Internet, word, PowerPoint, etc )

    Selling andnegotiation skills
