As our Carrier and Connectivity Manager, you will :
Build Strong relationships with Clients and partners.
Work on the technical integration between Merchants and Operators.
Follow-up with partners and clients on monthly basis to reconcile financial reports.
Align with Finance team on issuing operator invoices, Content Providers CP payments and costing.
Ensure Direct Operator Billing DCB merchants’ products are compliant with market, mobile operators and services guidelines.
Support in the end-to-end process of new merchants’ approval and activation of the direct operator billing.
Monitor merchants’ launched services and execute random testing periodically.
Conduct testing and quality assurance checks for new merchants, services and products.
Ensure smooth products’ launches for all partners on the billing gateway.
Actively participate in product development of billing gateway with inputs from merchants, partners and market evaluation.
Follow up and handle any complaints or concerns from clients / partners and ensure resolution as per the defined Service Level Agreement SLA .
As our Carrier and Connectivity Manager, your skills are :
1 to 3 years’ experience in the telecom industry, commercial teams focusing on Products and Services or VAS, with technical background in Services integration.
Bachelor’s degree of a Business School or equivalent
Able to easily adapt an AGILE approach to project management
Passionate about internet, mobile, new technologies and social networks.
Fluent Speaker of English & Arabic, (French is a plus).
Mastering Microsoft Office suite and internet tools
Perfect communication skills.
Interested in taking challenges.
Having a Commercial and business background is a plus.
Results oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
