Accountabilitiesand Key roles :
Developing sales plan for the department incoordination with Direct Sales Manager & follow up its implementation toachieve the goals set by the Retail Management.
Setting Direct Sales Agents’ targets andoversee their achievement.
Implement the Direct Sales initiatives set byDirect Sales Manager.
Drive, manage, & track the performance ofhis Direct Sales team towards achieving the set business goals & targets.
Daily field visits with his team to ensuremaximizing all opportunities available.
Supervise the preparation of requiredperiodical statistics, and pass the departments’ achievements reports to theDirect Sales Manger.
Participate in training sessions and seminarsaiming at increasing knowledge of bank’s products and services as well ascompetitors’ products and services.
Study the local market’s needs & theoffers presented by the other competitive banks, & give suggestions to theconcerned parties to enhance our products.
University degree in Business Administrationor financial sciences from a reputable university.
Minimum 4 years experience in Retail Banking andsales.
Fluent in English & in Arabic
