About the Job

  • Overlook all company projects / programs execution;
  • Ensure Risk strategy awareness and training for the relevant employees, project managers, department’s heads;
  • Work on process improvement for PMO dep. (Introduce, train, and provide Project management software to PM team to enhance, improve, and facilitate work);
  • Coach, lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers;
  • Monitor and track projects, deliverables, and benefit realization;
  • Define and build PMO process, procedures, and templates;
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the communication stream and apply any new relevant standards;
  • Overlook inventory management. (Provide inventory control template to monitor and control inventory;
  • Overall risk management to identify themes;
  • Provide reporting to senior management; and
  • Ensure that project managers are aligned with organization structure.

    Job Roles : Job Requirements

  • BSc of Engineering certificate and PMP is a must;
  • MBA is proffered;
  • Negotiation Skills enhancement course;

  • Strategic and Financial planning;
  • MS Office and MS Project; and
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
